As the Founder and National President of Mashal Social Welfare Society (MSWS), I, Dr. Mohan Baraik, am committed to addressing the pressing issues faced by tribal communities migrating to Delhi in search of livelihood. Established in 2005, MSWS is a non-political, non-religious, and non-governmental organization dedicated to protecting the rights and promoting the welfare of these marginalized groups. We focus on combating human trafficking and exploitation, promoting traditional tribal art and culture, advocating for access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities, and empowering communities through skills enhancement and employment initiatives. Our vision is to empower tribal communities to lead self-sufficient, dignified lives through awareness campaigns, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.

As General Secretary of Mashal Social Welfare Society, I, Rojina Backer, oversee organizational operations, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment. My expertise includes administrative management, stakeholder engagement, and community development. I foster collaborative partnerships and capacity-building initiatives to deliver impactful programs for marginalized communities. With a focus on operational efficiency, governance, and community empowerment, I drive strategic growth and social change. Through effective leadership and partnerships, we promote education, economic growth, and social welfare, advancing the organization's mission and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
As Secretary, I, Nitish Kumar Verma, ensure seamless program execution and administrative support. I drive community engagement, strategic partnerships, and capacity building for tribal communities, promoting education, healthcare, and economic growth. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and administrative efficiency are my key focus areas. Through dedication and integrity, we deliver impactful initiatives. Collaborative efforts enhance community resilience and self-sufficiency. I am committed to sustainable impact, driving positive change.
